Educational Qualification (Any One of the Following)

1. 10+2 (Intermediate) with at least 50% marks
   OR Graduation in any discipline,
   along with:

   • ‘O’ Level Certification (DOEACC / NIELIT) OR

   • A One-Year Computer Course from a recognized institute.

2. Three-Year Diploma in any stream (Engineering/Technical/Non-Technical)
   OR Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA)
   OR B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology (IT).

3. Matriculation (10th Class) with minimum 50% marks,
   along with:

   • A Two-Year Diploma in Office Management & Computer Applications.

4. Post-Matric One-Year ITI Course in Stenography
   OR
   National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) Certificate in Stenography with at least 60% marks.

• Candidates must have a minimum data punching speed of 9000 key depressions per hour (KDPH).

• This is equivalent to:

  • 150 key depressions per minute OR

  • Approximately 30 words per minute (WPM).
