Selection Process for Specialist Officer (SO) 2025
Stage Details Shortlisting of Candidates Based on educational qualifications and relevant work experience. Only eligible candidates will be called for the next stage. Written / Online Test (if applicable) Some posts may require an online test to assess technical knowledge, reasoning, and general awareness. Personal Interview / Group Discussion (GD) Candidates qualifying in the test will be called for a personal interview. For some posts, a GD may also be conducted. Final Selection Based on marks obtained in written test (if conducted), interview, GD performance, qualifications, and experience. A final merit list will be prepared and appointment letters issued.
